We are a well - established Independent Company operating within the Province of Cadiz in Andalucia, directed by local Spanish and English Partners. Our offices are situated in Chiclana de la Frontera (Costa de la Luz) and Jerez de la Frontera. In Chiclana one of our offices is dedicated solely to English speaking clients, managed by an English Partner.

We shall guide you carefully and patiently through the different and at times complicated purchasing procedure, ensuring that your best interests are safeguarded and that nothing is “lost in the translation”

We have an Associate Partner who resides in the UK, and also owns property in Spain. He is available to visit you to give you a more detailed and in-depth presentation, or answer any queries or questions regarding purchasing property in Spain

We are also able to arrange for Professionally Qualified Mortgage, Financial and Tax Advisors to support and assist you if required.
